empty fields not empty

Hello, I have a problem.

I am adding new columns to existing point tables and would like to fill them with excel values.
 Arcgis pro skips empty columns in exel and lines up all cells with values ​​in a row instead of leaving empty cells in excel empty in arcgis as well.

Please help me.

It may be a restriction.

Try exporting the excel to csv and see if the contents are preserved.  If so then try
