No supported questions found in the survey

I have added a linked survey created in Survey123 Connect to my QuickCapture project, but there are "no supported questions found in the survey."  I did see a known issue that requires a webform had to be created when publishing the survey, but this survey HAS a webform.  This survey is a table-only survey if that matters.  I'm stumped.

Would you mind sharing your survey with QCCreator, so we can take a close look at the issue? To share with QCCreator, you will create a group and invite QCCreator as a member, and then share the survey to that group.
