Video Multiplexor Fails After Upgrade to Pro 3.0

After upgrading to ArcGIS Pro 3.0, the Video Multiplexor tool hangs during processing. No error message is given. The processing dialogue reads "Calculating Image Footprints" and runs indefinately at zero percent completion. 

I tested this on videos that successfully processed in Pro 2.9.x.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

A few questions for you.

1. Is the camera pointing up above the horizon at the beginning a video? We will be fixing a bug related to footprint computation in 3.0.2, which may or may not be related to your issue.
2. Are you setting a DEM, or using constant elevation? (if you're using constant elevation it will give a warning)
3. Does the Video Multiplexer tool work if you don't set a DEM or elevation?
