Allow right or center justification for ArcGIS StoryMaps Headers

Please add the ability to choose right or center justification for Headers in StoryMaps. The only option is left currently. The only workaround I have found is to Snip the Header with the background and inserting as an image centered then make the original Header the same color as the Theme background so it is still functional.

The ability to align headings was added in our release yesterday.
