Shifting Feature-Linked Annotaion by ArcGIS Pro SDK

I have generated feature-linked annotation by "Export Label to Annotation" in ArcGIS Pro. Now I have to shift the positions of the annotations. I have tried to make a standalone program by ArcObjects but failed to open the annotation feature class. How can I do so by ArcGIS Pro SDK?
