Shifting Feature-Linked Annotation by ArcGIS Pro Python

I have generated feature-linked annotations by "Export Label To Annotations" in ArcGIS Pro. Now, I have to shift the positions of the annotations. How can I do so in ArcGIS Pro python? I have tried to update the shape field but failed.
