Hello @JonLundell where are you publishing the data from? What version of the software are you using when publishing the data? What is your workflow for publishing the data?
The name in front is the name of the feature service, then after the dash, the name of the layer from the feature service. If your feature service only had one layer in it then it would only display the feature service name.
Not by default, but you CAN just go into the layers Details page and rename it...
