Hello!
I have been using Arcgis Pro 2.8 but it expanded lately and took up all the space I have. I am unable to afford a stronger machine so is there a much smaller older version of arcgis pro I can download instead?

The only way to download the current (and maybe earlier releases??) of ArcGIS Pro is via Me Esri or your ArcGIS Online organization. You can reference these steps here.
