Hello:
We are using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 Dashboard. The web map has a few layers, all have been set visibility range. One of the layer also set the Refresh Interval to 1 minute. In the Web Map, when zoomed out, we can see those layers are in light grey color in the Contents tab. But in Dashboard, when zoomed out, all other layers show light grey color in the Layer List widget as expected, but the layer with Refresh Interval settings is not greyed out in the Layer List widget.
Is this a bug?
Any information is greatly appreciated.
