Better Support for Unicode

I am wondering if there is a plan to add support for Unicode fonts over ArcGIS online products. I want to used some Kurdish text but not rendered very well.

I test the new dashboards, still not supported.

I do not want to rewrite the idea, as fully explained in this post.
