Attribute Rules - Deleted

Has anyone encountered all Attribute Rules being deleted when they open up a Project? I am very confused, and trying to figure out what happened?

Check the source? Sometimes when opening a new project with a Favorited gdb, if not configured, it will make a copy of the gdb instead of referencing. This may not transfer the Attribute Rules?
