DateTime Slider control missing from PowerBI Web

Hi, My organization had purchased a Creator License for me last year. It has yet to expire in March. I do see the Date slider control on PBI Desktop, but not on the Web when the reports are published. The maps and layers are there, but I dont see any way to see the data progression through time. I have been checking this after almost an year and am not sure what has changed. Any leads will be helpful.

Hello there! My name is Anthony and I am a product engineer on the ArcGIS for Power BI visual. I was looking over this issue and I would like to help out if I can!

Is it possible to share the PBIX file here (or through email) so I can take a look at the underlying data? There is a potential chance that you might just need to remove the temporal data from the time field well and then add it again. For context, there was an overhaul to our visual in September 2021 and some older reports might need to be reopened and saved again to see the changes.
