Who is the myESRI administrator for an organization?

Hi All,

We are not administering the myESRI for our organization. Our Local distributor is the Admin. Is this common for all or this is the only case for us? We requested multiple times in the myESRI portal and all requests are ignored.  Please let us know how ESRI distributors are dealing this scenario. If we purchase directly from ESRI can we administer the myESRI portal?

I would say that this is only sometimes done in this manner. My Esri is designed to be a portal for you to manage your products and most of the time this is down to the end users.

The best course of action is to contact your local distributor for administrative access.
