Feature on Feature check fails on large number of records

Hello There,

No records were returned, when the 'Feature on Feature Checks', 'Geometry on Geometry Checks' test ran on full database. However, when zoomed in to a smaller area and chosen extent, the test returned expected records.
ArcMap and Data Reviewer 10.8.1.

Kindly suggest.

Can you please confirm the following related to your workflow:

1. What type of data you are using: File Geodatabase or SDE ?

2. Are you running an individual check or batch job with feature on feature ?
