Hello, I am trying to export survey data for a single year. I am using the filter function in the Survey123 web interface. The filter works just fine, but when I try to export the data as CSV or Excel file, the circle of arrows just keeps spinning, but the download never happens.
I tried using the "between" filter on the date as well as using "before" and "after" to select the range. Still, the download never starts.
When a filter by another field such as the surveyor name, I can export the data just fine.
I looked at some other surveys I have and filtered them by date and tried to export CSV/Excel files, but they too get hung up and the download never begins.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem.
