HUB Event opens in a new tab?

Question

When I click on an Event in the "Upcoming Events Card" on my HUB initiative, the Event opens in a new page.  The pre-configured Event "item" (for which I appear to have limited editing capability) contains a link to the original HUB site - when I click this link now I have TWO TABS open to the same HUB initiative.

1) Can I prevent the Event from opening in a new tab?  (Force it to open in the same tab.)

OR

2) Can I edit the Event item to remove the link back to the main HUB intitiative?

Adding a new Upcoming Events card did not change the behavior.  Clicking on an event still opens a new tab.

This behavior seems to be persistent across Initiatives.

Hello Jay,

For this I would say just delete it and create a new card.  Sounds like the one you are having issues with unpacked with your Hub template and is giving you trouble.
