GIS Tutorial for ArcGIS Pro 2.8 - Exercise Data

I tried to download the data to accompany the exercises in GIS Tutorial for ArcGIS Pro 2.8 from go.esri.com/GISTforPro2.8Data, as instructed in the textbook. When I run the setup file, it says that it can't be run on my computer, which doesn't make sense since I have ArcGIS Pro 2.8 already installed. I tried downloading it again and the file was a different size but still didn't work. Am I using the wrong link?

Yes - I'm having trouble with the link for the Exercise Data. Hopefully it's something obvious that I overlooked!
