Embedded Application in StoryMap causes scrolling issue; content disappears when interacting.

Question

In a StoryMap, there is an embedded Crowdsource Polling Application. When the comment icon is selected, the StoryMap auto scrolls past the embedded application and then the user has to scroll back up to continue adding a comment. Not terribly helpful! Any one know why this is happening? Is this a bug?

StoryMap is public, please don't add comments! (Unless they may be helpful to our community 😉 )

How it should display the whole time:

This happens at each size! So it's not a size issue. Help!!

@Teresa_Blader -- This issue does not appear to be caused by the StoryMaps; rather it seems to be an issue with the embedded app. To test this, I embedded your app in a plain web page and I can still see the issue you described with the page jumping when I interact with the embedded app.
