Select tags from portal when publishing

When publishing from ArcGIS Pro it would be great to be able to select from a drop down or search ahead list of existing tags.

This would achieve at least 4 benefits:

1. The list of tags in the portal would not have typos or spelling errors
2. Users would know what others and the portal admins are using as tags e.g. water vs hydrology.
3. Users would not have to go into an item after publishing and update the details.
4. Limits the list of tags and saves time for admins in clean-up of bad tags

Since there is an existing idea about incorporating a portal's Categories here https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-ideas/incorporate-portal-content-categories-with-arcgis/idi-p/935744 (please go add your support by giving that kudos if you haven't yet), could you please modify your idea to be about Tags only?

Let us know when that is done and we will get the idea re-opened.
