Integrate Survey123 with Field Maps - new features

Question

Hello,

I would like the field team (using field maps so they can see their reference data) to be able to create a new feature in field maps, using a Survey123 form.

I can find guidance for linking to Survey123 when updating existing features, but nothing for the creation of new features.

Is this currently possible?

I do this with 9 different forms.  The key is to use relationship classes and one service with 123 pointed to it.
