Everytime I change language a new "Time" field appears in the form: Bug?

Hello everyone,

- I created a form with double language.

- The dateTime field is set as default  now() [but I tested with a black field and it is the same]

- The issue occurs only on Web Form

 

is this a bug?

the more I switch, the more field are added:

 

I removed the default now() but nothing has changed.

Could you provide more information on the following questions?

1. What version of Survey123 Connect did you use to publish?

2. Are you publishing the survey to ArcGIS online or a portal?

3. What two languages are you using to test this?

4. Did the problem occur on any web browser or a particular browser?
