Even when the layer properties in a SDE feature class participating in a service are set to not show the thousand separator (for a short integer field), and the popup properties in AGO are set to not show the thousand separator, the Edit Window still shows the thousand separator with a comma...(see attached)
Is there anything else that needs to be done?

Did you ever figure this out? I am having the same issue. My attribute table properties and pop-up window properties are set for no comma to be displayed; yet my edit window in AGOL still shows the comma. I am hoping I don't have to redo my feature class and change my field from integer to text so if there are any other work arounds, I'd love to know!
