The 2021.1 release of ArcGIS for Teams is a preview. Development on ArcGIS for Teams is ongoing. Below is a list of known limitations in the preview version of the product.

Chat

Configurable apps, ArcGIS Insights models, StoryMaps collections, and some other item types are not returned in search results.
Content in previous search results may not load as expected when switching between ArcGIS logins, devices, or operating systems. Conduct a new search and open the item from the new search result.
Search phrases using a non-Latin alphabet (e.g. Chinese, Arabic, etc.) return unexpected results.

Viewer

When using ArcGIS for Teams in the standard experience (i.e. not signed in to ArcGIS), web maps, feature layers, and other items that load in the Map Viewer open in browser.

Search function seems not support Chinese. I tried to search one of my webmap which title is in Chinese and the return showed "Sorry, an unexpected error occurred. If the problem continues, report the issue here."

@Whitec_IDT , thank you for letting us know. Can you share what language and region settings your org is using and whether your personal language settings are different?

getting a lot of "Unable to reach the app" although I don't seem to have that issues opening up a specific chat with ags Teams
