How would I scroll through elements in an ArcGIS Online Dashboard?

Question

I'm building an ArcGIS Online Dashboard and I have 99! indicators for each of the counties in the state. Is there a way that I can scroll down through the 99! indicators? Otherwise I will have many small 99! indicators on the edge of the dashboard.

I would like direction as to how this would be accomplished and the correct tools to use. I am not against minor programming to accomplish this.

ArcGIS Dashboards allows you to stack the widgets. You can see an example of this here:
