In the latest Field Maps - Conditional Visibility is not being honored when edit multiple. Is this not implemented yet?
For anyone that stumbles across this post. Currently Edit Multiple does not use the "smart form", it uses the popup. This under consideration for one of the upcoming releases to Field Maps.
Also - For single edit ('Update' actually not add) - the conditional visibility is honored but the 'submit' button is greyed out while in Multiple Edit the Submit button is active, however, no conditional visibility. Anybody encountered this in ArcGIS Field Maps Mobile?
