I have downloaded the software for Adobe CC (PC platform) and CC is up to date. I fill in all the information in the "complimentary access" selection but there is no submit button. How do I sign in? What am I missing here?

Could you please share some more info about your PC? What is the screen resolution? Any scaling factors in use? Have you tried anything to reset it yet?
We are aware of an issue for the complimentary sign up page not displaying correctly in a Japanese operating system. What the language/ locale of your operating system and Adobe apps. Let us know.
