Been a ESRI user for a long time, but only now beggining with some development.
I have a free developpers account.
On Arcgis online, when I add a shapefile, it only remain as a shapefile. With organization account, when I upload a shapefile I can select yo publish as a feature hosted. Like this, I cannot publish it when I upload teh file and I don't have a button to publish it.
This looks pretty basic but, how can I upload a shapefile and publish it as a feature layer hosted with this free developper account?
