Cascade Storymap: error message

If I try to open my story map an error message occurs:
an error has occurred
this story cannot be loaded

It happened today, yesterday everything worked fine. Do you know what the problem could be?

Hello

I was directed to another site where it told me to download the App in order to wirte a complait. The App is not available in Switzerland. I am really frustrated with Esri, because our almost complete storymap was deleted/ we can find it anymore. When ask, we were directed to the other page, which i not available to us.

Is there anything else we can do in order to restore our Storymap?
