ArcGIS Online 8.3: Why related tables records are not shown when identifying features for services p

ArcGIS Online 8.3: Why related tables records are not shown when identifying features for services published in ArcGIS Online?

For example, in the screenshot below, identifying the marked feature doesn’t bring the values of related tables.

What could be the issue here?

The “show related data” persists not to exist despite the fact that the pop-up configuration of the feature class are performed.

What other settings I need to consider?

Hi Jamal,

I think you need to setup the pop up for the main layer, not for the related table.
