This five-day training program explores topics ranging from GIS strategic planning and team building to change management, resource allocation, ROI, and capacity building. A virtual Academy was introduced successfully at the start of the COVID pandemic and will continue. After fifteen years of success and more than 1,000 graduates, URISA will introduce an Advanced GIS Leadership Academy in 2023.
