Roads symbology level to topology road
Hi everyone,
Recently I encounter a problem related to topology and cartography.
I got 5 layers of different class of roads( primary, secondary....), and merge together into 1 layer, using symbology level to show the hierarchy of those roads.(According to figure1)

However, roads are complex, there are many sun-line or roads within the bigger one(see figure2)

So, what I want to do is to reduce these extra lines into 1 line, only show the topology connection of these roads, and also remain the hierarchy between these levels(red, orange, yellow...).
I'd like to know how to solve these problem:
1.how to transform these roads into topology roads, which make it simpler)
2.At the same time, how to transform them into topology and also keep the hierarchy?
