In ArcGIS Pro, and with full access to Arcade expressions:

I have a point layer with two attributes: RotateA and RotateB that I want to use to rotate different layers in a shape marker.

It must be one, and only one point layer. The solution cannot use two layers, each rotating a shape marker per RotateA and RotateB. The point marker must rotate one shape marker layer by RotateA, and the other shape marker layer by RotateB.

If RotateA = 30 degrees and RotateB = 150 degrees, then the symbol: X

If RotateA = 0 degrees and RotateB = 90 degrees, then the symbol: +

etc.

Here's hoping you can help.
