I have a map that I have published to a cached map service, in the map properties > Clip Layers section I've clipped 1 of the layers so it does not overlay adjacent layers. The layer is clipped as it should be in the map but I have published it to a cached map service and in the cached service it is no longer clipped and blocks out adjacent layers.
I am using ArcPro 3.2, and ArcServer 10.9.

**Edit to note I tested publishing to a map service with no cache and it still did not apply the clipping to the layers
