Assign Street Centerline Address to a Point

I have a point feature class and a street centerline feature class (lines).

I want to assign an address based on the street centerline address range to a point.

The street centerlines has Left From, Left To, Right From, and Right To address ranges in the attribute table.

What is the best way to assign a street centerline address to a point? and what version of Pro is needed to do this?

This is a manual way of transferring attributes from a line layer to a point layer - there is the Transfer Attributes command in the Modify Features pane in ArcGIS Pro.  This workflow has been around for quite some time so I suspect your installation of ArcGIS Pro should be fine.
