While I truly believe life (and ArcGIS Pro) needs more sound effects, and I sometimes make my own...one feature that does not need a sound effect is editing an item width/height.

When you have a layout graphic that's set to adjust height or width as its fitting strategy (loving this capability by the way!), editing the width via the boxes shown above triggers a Windows sound. On Windows 11, it's a bit of a "blllouuuiiing"... and I can do without it here.

Under (Windows Settings > Ease of Access > Audio > 'Change other sound settings' ) you can find the option set to that chime sound and turn it to 'None'.

I'm not sure exactly which one it is, because I've altered mine already. This is something I've done on my computers since early on in ArcMap days to save my sanity, especially while editing features.
