Make Route Event Layer — Auto-fill FMEAS and TMEAS fields

The Make Route Event Layer geoprocessing should auto-populate these parameters:
- From-Measure Field parameter: Auto-populate with FMEAS field if it exists.
- To-Measure Field parameter: Auto-populate with TMEAS field if it exists.
FMEAS and TMEAS are standard Esri linear referencing fields. So it would make sense if the tool would automatically use those fields. Currently, the tool doesn't do that.
