Catalog Copy/Paste — Don't bring over "main." alias prefix from mGDB table to fGDB table

ArcGIS Pro 3.3.0; mobile geodatabase and file geodatabase:

Background:

When I copy a standalone GDB table to a mobile geodatabase using Catalog copy/paste, the table automatically gets a "main." alias prefix. (That's not consistent with pasting a *FC* into a mGDB, but that's a separate issue.)

Idea:

When I copy the mGDB table to a fGDB via Catalog copy/paste, the "main." alias prefix gets carried over to the new fGDB table.

It's confusing to see main.my_table in a file geodatabase table in the Contents pane. It makes me think it's a mGDB table, but it's actually a fGDB table.

Could that behaviour be changed so the "main." alias prefix doesn't get carried over?

Thanks for the Idea @Bud

From the video, it looks like we are talking about the Alias, here, and not the name of the table.  Is that correct?

@Bud,

use the Copy tool instead; it does not does carry the qualifier forward.
