Add text alignment options to font/text annotation bar

I would be really helpful to have text alignment options (left, center, right) added to the annotation text/font toolbar.

When editing annotation you can easily access the alignment buttons on the Attribute pane
I think the ask is to be able to do it without opening the Attributes Pane. In OP's screenshot, the circled menu has options for font family, font style, font shape, and font color, but nothing for either vertical or horizontal alignment.
To take from the attributes pane, we have most of the options available below the textbox but none of the options above it.
I'd go farther to say this ask should include alignment and the text angle option, as well.

@WendyHarrison Since we can change the font/size/color etc without having to open the Attributes panel, it would be really handy to also have the alignment options added. It would save some extra clicks.
Just a quick sidenote: In the documentation for editing annotation text, it directs people to use the formatting toolbar and not the Attributes panel. I only scanned the documentation (so I might have missed it) but there isn't really a mention of using the Attributes panel in any of the annotation help docs. These are the ones that I looked through:
So if we can't add alignment options to the formatting toolbar - maybe adding a note instead to the editing annotation text docs that additional edit options are in the Attributes panel.
