I have 5 hosted Feature layers, with data points symbolized, in a Web Map in AGOL. When opened in Field Maps, only the points from 4 of the 5 Web Map layers populate the Map.
All 5 layers are listed in the layer list in Field Maps, including the one that doesn't populate. If I turn off the other layers, leaving only the 5th non-populating layer checked, no points show up.
Points from all 5 layers show up in the Web Map when opened in AGOL, just not in Field Maps.
I have saved and re-saved the Web Map & Layers in AGOL. I have also reloaded the Web Map in Field Maps several times, with no change.
I have compared all of the settings for each of the layers in the Web Map and there appears to be no difference between the 4 layers that display in Field Maps and the 5th layer that doesn't.
The Web Map itself has Field Maps access enabled.

I wasn't able to solve my issue, even with your kind help. So I just created a new Feature Layer, using the same CSV data file. The new Feature Layer populated all of the points in Field Maps this time. Thanks again.
Thank you Faiez. But i don't really understand your reply. I don't have any layer filters set on any of the layers. They all work fine in AGOL. Only 1 layer doesn't show points from that layer in Field maps, even though it shows in the Field Maps layer list as checked on.
Hi Tom!
Please, cleared the catche in your FieldMap and remove the filter from your AGOL web map. This is the solution for your problem, if you find any other, please kindly shared with us.
I also understood that you have not created and configurated your FieldMap form.
Hi Faiez. Thanks for trying to help me figure this out.
I cleared the cache in the App settings on my phone, where Field Maps is installed. No change with a reloaded map.
I don't know what you mean by "clear the filter on your AGOL web map." I don't have any filter that I know of. Is there someplace I should look that I'm not aware of?
Lastly, I don't understand what you mean by I have "not created or configured your Field Map form." What form are you referring to?
Hi Tom!
Great to hear from you again, please read the link below, whenever you have time. It is all about creating and configuring the FieldMap form.
Check this option, if it can help.
Good luck.
I wasn't able to solve my issue, even with your kind help. So I just created a new Feature Layer, using the same CSV data file. The new Feature Layer populated all of the points in Field Maps this time. Thanks again.
Good to hear that, thank you!
