ArcGIS Online Legend Counts and Amounts (Color) Extra Symbol and Unknown Label

Hello, I have uploaded feature layers to ArcGIS Online to use in Experience Builder. In Pro, I symbolized the layers using a color ramp based on an attribute. When I view the uploaded layers in the Map Viewer, there is a polygon symbol with a number range next to it. What is this number and am I able to remove it to just symbolize the 0-23 color ramp?
