Add a widget which would allow for the display of notifications within a specific Hub site (as opposed to the banner which applies across all of AGOL). Options should include:
- being able to select the type of notification (critical, warning, informational, etc.)
- ability to configure styling based on notification type
- ability to include an icon (or not)
- toggle to include on a single page or all pages of the Hub site
The location of the notification would be consistent throughout the site (if that option was selected). For instance, if the widget was located on the 4th row of a page and the user selected "apply to entire site" then the notification would be on the 4th row of every page.
