Question about ArcGIS Field Maps location sharing

Is there a way to configure mobile worker licenses so that a select group of admin users would be able to toggle on/off location sharing for other users?  Please email me with any advice!

Hi Michael,

Good afternoon. It is not possible to toggle on/off location sharing for another user (even if you are an admin). If you need users to use location sharing, you can set the map to require location sharing so that the user would need to share their location before they could view/edit the map. And when they enable location sharing there are duration option that would automatically turn off location sharing after 4, 8, or 12 hours or when manually turned off. I hope this helps.
