This is my first foray into using the Field Maps Form Designer (Survey123 has been my bread and butter) and I'm looking at how it behaves when you copy a feature to create a new one. I'm looking at making a Workforce-esque Field Maps set up, by showing work that needs to be done and for a supervisor to create new work off of existing assets.
Some attributes on the feature I copy are something I would not want edited by the user, such as Asset ID or the Address. It seems like if the field on the form is set to read-only, then the attribute from a copied feature does not fill in that field, is there a way to make this work?
Alternatively, is there a way I can make this field visible to some users, but only editable by others? Would this require creating two separate Field Maps maps?
