Hello everyone, we are using AGE4K8 11.2 and are having problems with the tileserver pod. We can upload VTPKs, but we cannot publish them. What we have been able to identify so far is that the root.json file is obviously not accessible. The symptom is that when we open the link to the REST interface (https://arcgis.dev.more/arcgis/rest/services/Hosted/WW_Basemap_AN_B/VectorTileServer) we simply get a blank page with a login screen.

My questions are:

  1. Where on the pod should the root.json of a VTPK be located? We want to check if they are even present after publishing.

  2. We don't know how to further investigate the following error message: INFO||||9000|1|1|DiscoveryLogger|WebSecurityManagerException Invalid Token|. It could also be that the Ingress is not able to reach the root.json file.

Otherwise, the logs from the pods say that the service can be started successfully, but the service is then not available. Example: [https-jsse-nio2-8443-exec-1] com.esri.commons.web.rest.resources.BaseResource.buildErrorResponse No such service exists.  com.esri.commons.web.rest.HttpException: No such service exists.

Thanks Jan

Hi Jan,

We encourage you to contact Technical Support, to ensure we understand not just the issue but also your environment and different factors that might lead to the problem. For instance, invalid token or security issues could be related to environment configuration. We want to make sure we can assist with troubleshooting.

In case it's also relevant, please note that as of 11.2, we do not support sharing vector tile layers when cached. This may come up for people setting up mobile or offline use. The team expects to support this scenario in a future release.
