Was told I had 2 Conference Registrations for 1 email. Completely Blocked from entering

This may require ESRI help on conference.  Tried to set up registration yesterday after I had bought a new license.  In the meantime entrance had been graciously set up by an old ESRI colleague.  Now there are 2 registrations on 1 email and I am fully blocked from entering.  Tried to fix on Sunday with no luck.  Have already missed plenary.  Is there anyone out there who can assist.  Note I already tried using a different computer, erasing any ESRI cookies and trying a different browser.  No luck.

Sent the email as soon as you posted. No response. Can I assume I won't be logging in today. I can salvage half the day at the office and hope this gets solved tonight? Had already directly emailed the person who had informed of the problem very early this morning?   New Name. Simply Disappointed.

Our Events team are going to reach out to you directly to help resolve the issue logging in. In the meantime the plenary is still in progress and can be seen here https://www.esri.com/en-us/about/events/uc/live 

Update: Day 1 Plenary recording will be available and links provided via esri.com at the end of Day 1 and same for Day 2 Plenary.
