MapView.interactionModes is not being applied for keypresses

Steps:

1. Run Samples.Animate3DGraphicView
2. Pause the animation
3. Note that keyboard presses move the map (arrow keys, option + arrow keys, plus and minus keys, etc)
4. Note that Samples.Animate3DGraphicView has set `.interactionModes([])`

Hi @JohnGoh, thank you for finding this issue. This bug has been fixed in the 200.6 release.
