crime analysis

I am using the New Crime Analysis solution and it has been working great. Unfortunately I went into my "Crime feature layer(hosted)" and changed the extents from worldwide to my local area. Once I did this, the layer does not respond.  I go to My Contents and click the Crime feature layer (hosted) I just get which never stops.

Does anyone know how to fix this?  Or do I need to delete the solution and load it all again?
