Select Layer programmatically in TableOfContents

Hi,

I am using WPF TableOfContents control in the ESRI.ArcGISRuntime.Toolkit.Preview 100.15 and I would like to select a Layer in the TOC programmatically without user clicking in that layer. Is it possible?
