How to append the tabular result generated in each iteration. I am using an iteration tool for all Feature Classes into one dataset to check geometry, Need to merge the result of all Feature classes into one table for reporting purposes.

I would run the tool, outside of your model, on one of the datasets to produce a table with the correct schema in the geodatabase. Then delete the rows from the table (so you don't get duplicate rows) and set up the iteration and the tool, writing the result table of each iteration with a unique name using inline variable substitution (to get unique names) and append that result into the empty table for the final reporting table.
