ArcGIS Personal Use License for celebrating GIS Day 2024

Hello ESRI GISDAY Organizing Team,

At first I must commendous effort for your continuous effort and innovation around GIS for close to 6 decades of successful innovation and changing narratives around environmental sustainability. Kudos for such good work.

My name is Abubakar Bashir, Founder & CEO. FLOEWS, a ClimaTech Startup based in Nigeria. Perhaps, we registered and celebrated the GISDAY, moreorless a GISWEEK, with mixture of both physical and hybrid events.

However, my concern is that, despite having registered and celebrated the GISDAY/WEEK, I haven’t received the as a special thank you code of the share five complimentary ArcGIS for Personal Use subscriptions.

Am humbly soliciting ESRI’s GISDAY amazing and tireless team to look into my complain pls.

That's awesome your GIS Day celebrations stretched out to an entire week. We'd love to hear what events took place! 

As for the five complimentary ArcGIS for Personal Use subscriptions, I'll have the team look into this. We're backlogged a bit with sending out codes so I appreciate your post! I'll make sure to update this thread once I hear back from the team 🙂.

We have similar issues.  Our codes were assigned, and I've followed the process to register a new account (because I don't want to use my work account), but it is still not allowing me to use the full allocation.  I've also contacted our local Esri office, but they are also waiting for a response from Esri Inc.

Thanks for letting us know. So you received the codes but they are being rejected when adding them to your account?
